StreetLeader Alumni stay connected to each other & community via local meet-ups. Each meet-up focuses on a key area of support - social, emotional, spiritual, or financial.

Financial Foundations
UrbanPromise walks alongside our alumni each year to renew their FAFSA or CA Dream Act, build credit, file taxes, and find additional scholarships and summer internships, empowering them with tools for financial stability and success.

Sustained Service
Our committed Urban Legends stay engaged in service at UPLA - leading StreetLeader development sessions, supporting seniors in scholarship applications, and sharing their stories on panels that inspire and equip.

Summer Internships
Alumni are invited to return for paid summer internships as StreetLeader coaches, using their own camp and StreetLeader experience to coach the next class of leaders while exploring the leadership side of nonprofits!

Ready to change the world, one kid at a time? UrbanPromise Los Angeles is looking for college students who want to lead with purpose and make a real impact this summer. Our Summer Camp Internship is a hands-on experience where you will show up for kids every day, invest in teen leaders, and be part of a community committed to reaching a child, raising a leader, and restoring community.
